Solar Repair & Maintenance FAQs
How do I know if my solar system needs repair?
Common signs include a drop in energy production, error messages on your inverter, the system not generating power at all, or unusual noises. If your monitoring app shows lower output than usual or your electricity bills have jumped, it’s worth getting it checked.
Do you service solar systems you didn't install?
Yes. We work on all major solar brands and can repair or maintain systems regardless of who originally installed them.
How long does a typical repair take?
Simple repairs like resetting an inverter or replacing a faulty component can be done in a few hours. More complex issues like panel replacement or electrical upgrades might take a full day. We’ll give you a timeframe once we’ve diagnosed the problem.
How often should I get my solar system serviced?
We recommend a professional inspection every 2-3 years, or sooner if you notice performance issues. Regular checks help catch problems early and keep your system running efficiently.
Can you fix my system if it's still under warranty?
If your system is under the original installer’s warranty, contact them first. If they’re no longer operating or you’re having trouble getting support, we can step in and assess whether the issue is covered by manufacturer warranties or needs to be handled separately.
