The quality of the system and the standard of workmanship have been very reassuring and based on how the process has gone so far, I am confident in the ongoing customer experience and future support for the system. Raj was an excellent sales consultant who took the time to really understand our needs and helped us select the right solar and battery setup. He also did a great job coordinating everything and ensuring the installation happened quickly. Bill from the installation team was very helpful as well. He answered my questions over the phone, helped organise the installation date, and made the whole process run smoothly. The installation crew were highly skilled, professional, and clearly very experienced, taking care to ensure the installation was done properly. They were also very happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be contacting Electrical Masters again in the future to get my EV wall charger installed, and to explore expanding our solar or battery capacity as our needs evolve. I found exactly that with Electrical Masters. From the first conversation, our consultant (Raj) was professional, knowledgeable about the entire process. He took the time to properly assess my needs and didn’t make any unrealistic promises about timelines. Yet this team delivered in record time - due to unusual and fortunate circumstances for me, from signing up at 4:00pm on a Wednesday, this substantial installation was completed by 5:00pm next day!! What stood out to me was the installation team. Electrical Masters delivers the full job with their own crew. Throughout communication was clear and responsive (including support post the install as I am adding some bits and pieces). They take pride in doing quality work. I am absolutely delighted with the result. If you’re serious about getting a solar + battery system installed properly without the risk of delays, cancellations, disappearing companies and future warrantee, look no further than Electrical Masters.
